Construction Products Regulation (CPR)是欧盟于2011年颁布的建筑产品法规，自2013年7月起，所有进入欧盟的建筑相关产品都**符合CE认证。
烟雾警报装置(EN14604)是欧盟 CPD指令下强制认证的产品,如果要在欧盟销售烟雾报警器，产品**通过欧盟机构EN14604的测试认证才能打上CE标识进入欧盟市场销售。

CE certification for fire detection and fire alarm systems and
products – paving the way to the European market
根据较新欧盟建筑产品法规CPR（EU 305/2011）的规定，所有在欧洲市场上销售并用于公共/商业建筑的火灾探测和火灾警报系统产品（包括火灾报警发声器、烟雾探测器、点型感温探测器、手动火灾报警按钮等）都**符合欧盟协调 EN 54 标准的要求，家用烟雾报警器则**符合欧盟协调标准EN 14604的要求。通过所规定的基本性能要求的测试（型式实验ITT），且在生产过程中建立并实施一整套满足标准要求的生产过程控制（FPC）体系，产品才可标志CE，并提交相应产品性能声明文件（DoP）.
According to the latest European Construction Products Regulation (CPR EU 305/2011), all fire detection and alarm systems used in communal and commercial buildings in the European market must conform to the harmonised EN 54 series standards, including sounders for the fire alarm, smoke detector, heat point detector and manual call point detector. For smoke alarms used in households and residential buildings in the European market, EN 14604 must be fulfilled. As long as the relevant system passes the initial type test and the manufacturer builds up and implements the production control system during the whole production procedure, the fire detection and alarm system can be accredited with the CE Markand the Declaration of Performance (DoP) for delivery.
